WHO WE ARE: Kitekahunas - Advanced Kitesurfing School - is based directly on the renowned Sunset Beach / Cape Town, at the beginning of famous Blouberg Beach, South Africa’s premier kitesurfing spot. Kitekahunas is undoubtedly one of the best kitesurfing schools in the world. It is directed by German Speed Kitesurfing Champ Wolfram Reiners.

Cape Town is different than most other kitesurfing locations in the world. Kitesurfing in Cape Town is about variety. This is why most of the best professional kitesurfers are in Cape Town during our season. Cape Town offers more than 30 superb kitesurfing beaches with a huge variety of conditions: flat water, downwind spots, small waves, high waves, warm and cool water ... From October till April the wind blows better than anywhere. We visit these kitesurfing spots during your kitesurfing course and everybody lives together in the beautiful Kitekahunas Beach House directly on Sunset Beach. and this is what we at Kitekahunas promote. Our kitesurfing courses are designed for maximum enjoyment, developing skills in chosen areas - and giving you all the correct tools and guidance to achieve your goals. Student’s safety, lesson quality and advanced teaching methods are all part of our approach to getting you kitesurfing to the best of your ability in the safest and most efficient way possible. Courses will include:

• A truly comfortable stay for 12 nights in the beautiful Kitekahunas Beach House directly on the beach with full use of facilities
• 11 days of course (3-6 hours on wind days), with radio communication on the water for immediate feedback and fast learning
• Transfer to all kitesurfing spots that we include into the course. There are more than 30 superb kitesurfing spots in Cape Town and we select these according to your interests, wind conditions and your training goals
• Sports psychology and muscle activation
• Various optional water sports, such as surfing, stand up paddle boarding, cable park boarding, dolphin and whale tours (not included in the course)

Your kitesurfing course will start with an in-depth assessment by your personal instructor. Further to this we will set realistic goals to be achieved in the duration on your kitesurfing holiday.

All courses primary language will be in English, but various languages are supported such as German and Afrikaans.
