Room 1 – Master Bedroom with large Ensuite Bathroom
Our guesthouse provides two spacious luxury master bedrooms with large ensuite bathrooms. Those are perfectly suitable for couples or solo travelers who prefer to live in a luxury set up, have their own privacy and space but still want to live in a social environment to meet other kitesurfers and enjoy all facilities of the guesthouse, such as the pool area, the kitchen, the TV lounge and the in-house barbecue (the South African braii). For all students of our school we do provide free storage for their kitesurfing equipment, otherwise we can make you an offer.
This large room has a double bed, walk-in wardrobe, a little balcony, a beautiful bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Room 2 – Master Bedroom with large Ensuite Bathroom
This large room has two single beds and is overlooking the pool area. It has a beautiful large bathroom with shower and bathtub. It is perfectly suited for small young families, couples and solo travelers who like to have more space and privacy, but still want to live in a social environment and use all facilities of our beautiful guesthouse.

Room 3 – private Bedroom with Shared Bathroom
You are a solo traveler, a young couple or two friends and a little bit more on a budget? You want to live in a social environment, enjoy all amazing facilities of the guesthouse but you do not worry too much about sharing a bathroom? Then room number 3 is the perfect choice for you: Book this private room and enjoy all facilities of the guest house.
Room 4 – Shared Bedroom with Shared Bathroom
You are a solo traveler or two friends and you want to save money on accommodation but you want to live in a social environment, use all amazing facilities of this luxury guesthouse however your budget is a little tight? Not a problem, book room number 4 and share this room with one other person and a bathroom to share.
Kitesurfing Apartments in our Kitekahunas Beach House
Are you traveling to Cape Town for one week or more? You are one or two people? Possibly you want to work remotely and you simply need some privacy and fast internet? You also want to save some money for your accommodation, but you would still love to use all facilities of our brand new luxury guesthouse when you feel like it? Then our apartments are the right option to go for. Both apartments are also only 50m away from the beach, in Sunset Beach, a 5 minutes walk away from the Kite Villa. Take a beautiful walk along the beach to our Kitesurfing Guesthouse when you go to our kitesurfing school or whenever you want to use our communal areas of the guesthouse. There is also free parking and free high-speed WiFi. Our apartments are perfect for anyone who wants to live in a safe, quiet and peaceful area and who is looking for a little bit more privacy than being with others in a guesthouse, but still wants to enjoy all the facilities of the guesthouse and hang out at the pool every now and then, for instance when there is no wind (even though this happens rarely…).
Apartment 1 – one bedroom apartment with bathroom (Upper Floor)
Apartment number 1 is on the upper floor, very bright and sunny and fairly spacious. It is ideal for one or two people who want to enjoy more privacy but be still only 50m away from the beach, and in walking distance from the school and still enjoy the facilities of our luxury guesthouse. It is also located in Sunset Beach, free parking included.
Apartment 2 – one bedroom apartment with bathroom (Ground Floor)
Apartment number 2 is on the ground floor. It is ideal for solo travelers or young couples who like to have their privacy, live close to the school but are traveling on a budget and do not want to spend too much money on accommodation. It is also located in Sunset Beach, 50m away from the beach and in walking distance away from the school, free parking included. Get up in the morning and take a beautiful walk along the beach on your way to the school.
